Country Place Bed and Breakfast has full house accommodations
for families, groups, couples, retreats, etc. Hospitality includes a
large home, large bedrooms, private baths, full kitchen facility,
library, game area, PC computer usage, TV, cable, and continental breakfast.
Guests will enjoy the quaint house, surrounding plant nursery, foliage,
lake, boats, birds, and native wildlife.
Upon arrival you will feel the relaxing country atmosphere
that our bed and breakfast location offers. Within walking distance
of the house is a small working plant nursery where you can view and
purchase some of Florida's native plant foliage. Stroll down a quaint
oak-tree-lined driveway to view a small private lake which offers
a paddleboat and a 17-foot Old Town canoe. Take a leisurely ride as
you paddle around the picturesque lake, unwinding and relaxing after
your travels. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy a natural wetland just
behind the bed and breakfast where nature lovers will marvel at the
abundance of birds and wildlife.
Family or sitting rooms provide a chance to relax and
catch up on the day's news, check your e-mail, or to entertain you
with a movie via satellite TV in heated or air conditioned comfort.
For quieter moments choose a book from our small library, play a game
of chess or checkers, or simply enjoy reading the local newspaper
with your afternoon cup of coffee or tea.
Spend time either on the front porch or screened verandah
soaking in the fresh, clean, country air and the Florida sunshine.
You may even catch a hummingbird seeking nectar from one of the many
butterfly attractors planted next to the screened verandah while lounging
peacefully on a comfortable bench.
Guests staying for an extended vacation, as well as the
overnight visitor, will find the kitchen facility charming and accommodating.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave, oven range, refrigerator,
dishwasher, cookware, and dishes for your convenience and is available
for use by all guests.
A continental
breakfast is served every morning in either of the two
dining rooms and guests may choose an early or late seating. You may
want to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee outdoors on the screened
porch or verandah.
